Osward Mutinta is a distinguished Humanitarian, Thinker, Writer, and Promoter of Art, Literature, Culture, Sports, and Diplomatic Relations, both nationally and internationally. His work spans multiple domains, including the promotion of books, brands, collections, coins, conservation, dance, edutainment, and sports diplomacy. Through his initiatives, he seeks to inspire creativity, knowledge-sharing, and cultural enrichment across communities.

He is the Director and Founder of Power 52 Libraries, Zambia, a humanitarian organization dedicated to fostering a collective and creative reading culture among adults, youth, and children. Through a combination of ebooks and hardcopy books, Power 52 Libraries aims to enlighten communities, nurture intellectual growth, and create a sustainable culture of learning through a nationwide series of libraries.

In addition, Osward Mutinta founded Languages 52 Brands, a platform designed to implement the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in local and international languages. This initiative focuses on engaging communities at city, national, and international levels to ensure knowledge, awareness, and positive action are accessible to diverse audiences.
